So here it is. This is what has been consuming my every waking hour, day and night for the past 6 months. Its so much more work putting something like this together than I ever imagined. Dealing with so many different people, artists, management, record labels, designers, printers, manufacturers, web designers and cardboard box manufacturers even!
So here comes the part where I need your support. I was thinking of doing a crowd funding campaign to help me raise the money for the print bill but then I thought, I would put what money that I do have, where my mouth is. So instead of asking for your money and giving you things, I’ve just got a bunch of pre order packages available which is essentially the same thing as some crowd funding campaigns. If you are reading this, you are already familiar with my work so there’s no need to do the hard sell on you. The book is a hard cover edition with debossing on the text, 450 pages and over 600 image, printed in China. I’ve also got some personal comments and quotes on some of the images from the artist and Soundwave family which I’m wrapped about. There are also some different packages. The basic book is $79.95. For an extra Tenner you get a Kanye Lens badge and a lanyard/holographic laminate bookmark, made by cubepasses in the US. The third package includes a selected A4 print. Only 25 of each package for each band will be available. John Feldmann from Goldfinger even signed his prints. The bands with prints available are Bad Religion, Bring Me The Horizon, Amity Affliction, The Dillinger Escape Plan, The Bronx, The Offspring, Underoath, Lamb Of God and Goldfinger.
All pre orders purchased before 20th January will have an A6 thankyou postcard plus any of the additional pre order items (badge, laminate, lanyard or print) shipped straight away. So if you are planning on gifting the book (what a great christmas gift) then you will have some items and the card to give them whilst they wait for the book to ship in February.
